All cards are mailed with a 41¢ First Class Stamp! *

Postage or shipping costs are always separate from your Points account (used to pay for cards). It is optional to have this account, but, of course, you'll need to have some funds in this account to mail your cards, and pay for any Gift Cards, as well as any additional mailing costs associated with inserts in your card envelopes.**

Naturally, you want your cards to have a personal touch when they are received... No Meter Stamping! That looks like Bulk Mail. Every card, from SendOutCards, has a U.S. Postal Service 1st Class Stamp placed on them. On first impression, it's very important that the look and feel of every envelope is first class. This quickly separates all of our cards from junk mail and bills... they are always welcomed!!

Unless there is an enormous rush on sending cards, such as a major holiday, most every card is delivered to the Post Office the morning after any business day. That means, if you submit a card order on any week day or Saturday, it will be printed, stuffed, stamped and mailed the next business day morning.

* The cost of 1st Class postage is expected to go up in 2008.
Due to the proliferation of Internet use, especially regarding the popularity of paying Bills Online (thus costing the U.S. Post Office millions of dollars in mailing revenue), as well as the number of ecards sent by email today (as opposed to personal, printed cards), it's no wonder that First Class postage will continue to rise. A rate increase of 1¢ per stamp (to 42¢) is anticipated for Spring or Summer of 2008. All the more reason to have a card- mailing system that saves you money on the actual cost of the cards and envelopes themselves.

** Shipping costs may change with custom orders
If you should choose to add a company DVD or publication to a card, your postage cost will rise slightly. Also, shipping costs go up whenever you add a gift to accompany your card(s). Another time postage may be higher is when you mail cards out of the United States. You are ALWAYS instructed as to how much your mailing costs will be BEFORE you place an order (along with an update of your Postage Account Balance), so you always know before deciding to send.

Gifts, Gift Cards and Gift Checks can also be purchased using your funds allocated to postage. Please see more details about these associated expenses on those pages. Thank you.
